Your email address is required during the checkout process and it will be your default login username.

Once your order is placed, an automated email will be sent to that email address with a system generated password.

Combined with your email address, you have the option to login to your account to change the username and/or password so that it is easier to remember.

For future purchases at ArtisticTea.com, you can just simply use your account for easy access.

It's easy, just click the 'Forgot your Password' link from the home page, fill in your email, and instructions to help you reset your password will be sent to your registered email address.

Forget your username?

It's easy. It's the email address that you used to place your order. Should you have changed your username to something other than your email address, you can also click the 'Forgot your username' link from the home page, fill in your email, and instructions to help you recover your username will be sent to your registered email address.
