ArtisticTea.com accepts returns for a full refund or exchange for products that were damaged during shipping or were unused products within 30 days from the order date.

Due to health & hygiene reasons, we don't accept returns on products that have been opened.

To return an item, please ship it back to us with the original packaging and a copy of the invoice within 30 days for a full refund or exchange. The cost of the return shipment is your responsibility.

For your own protection, it is best to return the item using a carrier that will provide you with a tracking number.
